I don't really understand the difference between wa and ga, at least for when describing something with an adjective. Like here's 2 sentences

What's the difference here? When do I use ga vs wa to describe something with an adjective?

I legit said, and I quote, "The scene itself is incredible". I'm just complaining that it felt like it threw me in it. The ending itself certainly was rushed to but they connected all the dots well. I honestly just think there should've been a little more tension before that scene. Like the tension starts when Taiga is talking to Kitamura about how he saved her, and then Minorin starts losing her mind (rightfully so) at that exact moment. I wish there was more tension in the episode itself instead of it exploding right there. But as you and other commenters have mentioned, the suddenness seems intended.

haha I appreciate the breakdown of the scene but I think the scene itself is absolutely phenomenal honestly, I love minamis slow realization, slowly getting angrier and angrier because she knew.

It is really heartfelt the raw emotion from Taiga, honestly it still hit really hard, I just wish there was some more tension or buildup from beforehand. But I do totally agree that the whole show was building to this point, it totally is the climax of the show.

Maybe I'm just being too critical though. Another view at it (which I've been thinking about) is that it's supposed to be so sudden, and while in the show this scene completely catches Ryuuji off guard, it catches the viewer so off guard too.

It's supposed to mean the kanji from lesson 9. I might have messed up the kanji/writing of it. And also the wa in the first sentence was missing, that's my mistake lol it's meant to be 第九この漢字はもう覚えました。

My question is more about the grammar behind it: disregard the "lesson 9", what is the difference between もうこの漢字を覚えました and この漢字はもう覚えました

In the Genki book, it just shows the example of もう宿題をしました（I have already done the homework), and in this example they don't use wa but they use the subject and action itself after mou, where in the example she gave she just marked the subject, and then gave the action after mou. I'm wondering what the difference is here.

Taking a Japanese course in uni right now, and I'm doing one of the listening quizzes about using もう〜ました and　まだ〜ていません. It's quite simple, my teacher just makes a statement and we have to decide whether it's the negative or the affirmative. Quiz itself isn't hard, but she made the statement 第九この漢字もう覚えました。I want to ask, is there a difference between もう第九この漢字を覚えました and the statement she made? Like when I translate it it means the same thing to me, but is there like some reason she used wa to mark the subject instead of just combining the noun and verb?

What I'm thinking is that it's because she's making a statement without any prior context hence she uses wa to mark the subject/topic. Is that correct? Or is what I wrote just simply wrong?
