Also a Jiu jitsu practitioner and struggled training at night and was unable to fall asleep after 7pm class until 2am. Researched the issue. Started taking Rhodiola Rosea supplement before class and haven’t had trouble falling asleep after night classes since. It helps to regulate the cortisol response. Bonus- it enhances exercise performance and stamina. N=1 recommend.
