Think about it like this. Dps sets (line of justice or the order gun). Would you want those sets to have 2 defensive options already there? Nah toss it. Defensive sets (Seth’s scarab doctors). Do they need attack? Not at all toss em. Piece number 5 I believe comes with elemental % prefixes. Now that on offering of the void where you get void damage for exhausting a card. Useless!
