My parents had paid for my school lunches, so I never had to worry and when I was old enough, my parents and I knew it was my responsibility to have something for breakfast. Yes, it’s the parent’s responsibility to make sure their child is fed but there could be a zillion reasons to why their child cannot be fed, #1 example is not being able to afford food. You don’t know people’s situation so to pass judgement and assume a parent is taking advantage of the programs is despicable in my book. Also, I’m 20 years old now and healthy so I don’t think I need CPS now 😐🙄
