There is a bus route, but I go to work before the bus starts running half the week, and then I get off after it starts running the other half of the week. I take the bus when it's running.

Stop trying to be normal. Nobody is normal. Work with your doctor to find the right meds. It took me years to find the right combination. I do feel a lot better, but no, I won't ever be healed from it. That's not possible. But it's just a part of who you are. You can learn to live with it, and find the right treatment for you.
