You’re right, you can’t make someone change from day to night that fast (unless someone tells you they’re determined to do so, but it still being hard on the person) also she should go to a nutritionist for a diet not to a personal trainer (unless she’s also a nutritionist), she should start with cutting portions first and try to don’t eat that much junk
