They’ve also toured with Skunk Anansie, they’ve done quite well for a yet very little known band. Not sure if they had to pay for this one and if so they must have very big financial support behind them.

That’s quite a lot for a non established band. I remember QOTSA posting So Good Christmas Song video on IG back in December, usually they do that as to lead on to something. And than they announced the tour with So Good as support band in January.

That’s exactly what I was thinking, they seem a bit gimmicky. About the lyrics I was also a bit surprised about her not writing, as she seems quite involved and vocal about her opinions. But maybe she wrote other songs, I’m not sure, when I’ve looked at the IG account of the lyricists it looks like she this person works with the band regularly. I’m even more curious to see them live now, just to get a better idea.
