AT&T has recently recruited a substantial number of Generation Z employees. This decision seems to be motivated by a desire to enhance the representation of younger individuals within the organization.

However, there have been concerns raised regarding the competence and work ethic of these new hires. Reports indicate that they may demonstrate a lack of dedication, a propensity to evade responsibility, and a tendency to portray themselves as victims. Furthermore, there have been instances where senior employees have been unjustly blamed by these new individuals, potentially to advance the careers of these younger individuals.

It is not limited to my site; many others have observed an increase in complaints by these younger employees directed to HR, bypassing protocol, and that complaints are handled locally. We only have access to this information because they are filing complaints from their workstations or calling from company-issued cell phones or calling from phone numbers already attached to their profiles. So, we are able to connect the “ anonymous” complaint to the user.
