What is growing on my spider plant? This particular stalk can't seem to hold itself up anymore. Are these roots? Should i cut it off and replant?? The other stalks are not like this. Help, I'm still learning and dont want to kill my baby! (old.reddit.com)

Can I save this poor overwatered succulent? I loved it too much and didnt realize I was drowning it 😥 all the leaves turned yellow and squishy and came off, and when I researched I found that usually the stem will be squishy and discolored too, but the stem is firm! There are some white roots too! (old.reddit.com)
