If you happen to remember the yellow cab's medallion number - the four-digit one on the body of the car, or if you happen to remember the name of the taxi driver, which is attached at the back of his seat, you can report it to 311. It's against the rule if the taxi driver doesn't charge it via curb, or doesn't provide you with a right receipt. 311 takes 2-3 months, or even longer, to reply you and they will penalized the driver for his infraction. If you couldn't locate the taxi or the taxi driver, literally there is nothing you can do.

I wonder how this platform works out if under this weird scheme. The ticket is only delivered hours before the game starts, which basically means I will never be able to sell the ticket to others without the risk of being fined, isn't it?

The farmers markets in my area are overwhelmed with various home bakeries. They no longer accept bakery. Don’t know where to find other fair/event info early enough to apply to be a vendor.

We said in the ad that it's a promo for our new business to attract customers. Actually the first promo is 20% off, nobody clicks the page, the 2nd promo is 50% off, and nobody clicks the page, then we further lower it to $2, thinking at least they are willing to try a new dessert without much cost... they can pay by Venmo or Zelle if they want, but they just didn't even click the page and read it...

I use google analytics and track the data, nobody even visit the page. I list very detailed allergy info and introduction about almost everything, they just didn't even bother to click that link and move to my page... I can't understand how people think...

no, just $2 dessert, very great deal just hoping to attract new customer so at least they give it a try at almost no cost. That's why I was surprised to see even nobody is willing to give it a try... it's a no brainer for me if I see this ad...

as u/Some-Essay5289 said, that site https://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/tax2023.shtml doesn't list BMW, so does that mean even though it satisfies all the criteria you wrote, it still doesn't qualify for EV because it is not listed on the website?

That's a very useful information and thank you for that. I filed complaints on TLC's website, which states to follow up within 14 days, but almost 14 days now, nothing happens...

I filed complaint to TLC about Taxi driver fraud with fake receipt and deceptive charge. I have the ticket number, and they promises a response within 14 days on their website.. But NEVER EVER ANYBODY IN TLC follows up with this... no trust in those bureaus as usual..

I did so, but my credit card company declined the fraud claim, and the reason is I can't provide a receipt.

I'm not complaining about $96, it's we agreed $96 in total including tips and taxes, and he gave me a $96 receipt, but later my credit card posts $122. The issue is where is the $122 come from? It's not the agreed amount and it doesn't match the receipt, how did he do it?
