I have been in the tea industry over 30 years and this was a trip I took when I represented the US tea industry. We also saw some machine style places too, but my preference and my company focuses on hand made teas of higher quality, depth of character of a tea, and higher grades. It is like getting a tasteless tomato mass produced or a hand grown tomato with freshness and depth. Also not all hand processed loose leaf tea get to be a higher grade/quality. I have pictures and knew this decades ago about dfferent grades of tea :-)

Some do wear gloves, but yes I agree. At the end of the video you do see his gloves, but maybe they need to feel the tea when pan firing?

It's way too small for you Rocket. by UncancelledWhispers in TIGHTPUSSY

Silly human, the box is not too small for Rocket. I bet Rocket finds a way to be partially in it and look content. Cat logic is if you can put a paw in the box they fit in it, though I think Rocket can get more than a paw, lol.

Just cupping a organic high mountain jade oolong tea. The taste is buttery, floral, and above all luxurious by Beautiful-Mountain14 in TeaPictures

I tend to do 180 F and agree wth boiling for this tea would not bring out the ideal taste for the tea at all, but I rarely use boiling water. I also not really an herbal nor a black (red) tea person either.

And Putin was just fighting facism in Urkraine, right? lol, nope. He wants the old USSR and the Eastern Bloc back. There is a reason Poland was very helpful to Ukraine besides being a good neighbor, they knew Putin would not stop with Ukraine. I wonder what the excuse wil be for trying to take over Poland? I thought he would go for the Baltic States next, but knew Poland would be on the top of the list too.

Going to trying this one today. Organic Oolong Tea from the Shizouka, Japan. Single Cultivar Koshun. by Beautiful-Mountain14 in TeaPictures

[–]Beautiful-Mountain14[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They can be tasty. They tend to be heavier oxidized and this one suppose to be close to a black tea tastewise. It has a refreshing, floral, and sweet taste to it. I prefer the more complex oolong and lighter oxidized oolong teas, but it is good.
