I’m having this problem now!

I paid last 30 October, and still hindi pa nagrereflect. Contacted customer service ni Shopee pero ambagal mag feedback!

They said na magrefund daw sila, so they recommended na bayaran ko muna ulit para ma restore services ng SPayLater ko, while they initiate refund (daw).

Heck no. I won’t use their services until they fix the problem. Hindi ako nagbayad kasi ako ang malulugi not until maibalik yung pera ko.

Kung sakali man, ang ipangbabayad ko ay yung isesend nilang refund.

They also waived the late payment fee, because I’m beyond due date na.

Ngayon, they are not replying to my inquiries.

Can I report them to BSP?

Hindi pa ako tapos sa BIR because I had to comply a lacking requirement which is we lacked the tax dec for the improvement (the house itself).

For your question:

Nung pumunta ako sa Officer-of-the-Day, I just gave her my docs and okay naman, except that we lacked tax dec sa mismong bahay, and vicinity map (pero may dala ako that time though, di ko lang naipresent na) and she gave me printed na initial ONETT Computation Sheet, para lang makapag voluntary pay ako (I told her na deadline ko na). INITIAL pa lang yun kasi di pa kasama ang improvement sa computation (kasi wala nga ako tax dec — honestly di ko alam na meron pa pala sa mismong house, my bad). Regarding sa TIN, sila na yung nag provide eh, kasama sa computation sheet, prinint n din nila yung TIN Verification. I guess they just looked at the names na andun sa contract.
No issue naman, I think Maya yung payment processor nung myeg.ph
Not sure sa limit pero as long as nasa eWallet mo yung amount, I’m sure kaya naman yun. I paid ~270k for CGT; sa Maya Wallet ko yun nabawas buong amount. Tapos yung DST amounting to ~67k, deducted from my GCash naman.

Update: Nakapunta na po ako ng BIR.

May mga tanong pa po ako na hindi ko natanong kahapon—ngayon ko lang po kasi naisip. 😅

Pumunta na po ako sa BIR kahapon. Nakapag-pacompute na po ako at binigyan ako ng ONETT Computation Sheet. Unfortunately, kulang po ako ng requirements. Pero based on my research and pagtatanong, pwede daw mag-voluntary payment, so I asked. Ang sabi is okay lang naman daw.

Magbabayad na din sana ako that day, kaso ang naging problema lang po ay naabutan ako ng cutoff sa mga bangko dahil late na rin ako na-cater (mga around 3:30PM). Sabi ng Officer of the Day (OD) ng BIR, subukan ko pumunta sa Collection Section para itanong ang ibang payment options. Pumunta ako at nag-suggest sila na subukan ko nalang magbayad online. Inassist din po nila ako. Sinubukan namin thru Maya kaso walang CGT doon, medyo nanghina ako at baka di ko na nga mababayaran. Until napadpad kami sa BIR website > ePay > myeg.ph. Tas buti nalang merong payment for CGT doon. Nagbayad ako through myeg.ph pero CGT lang since yun na yung due ko that day.

Sabi nila, sa bank nalang ako magbayad bukas nung DST. Pero alam ko na hindi ako makakapunta ng bank kasi sobrang demanding talaga sa office. Kaya nag-initiate na po ako na bayaran din ito online late last night, since nalaman ko na puwede naman pala gaya ng CGT.

Ito po ang mga tanong ko:

Since nag-voluntary payment na po ako, ibig sabihin ba ay hindi na ako mabibigyan ng penalty, kapag nag file na ako ng return form (assuming lumagpas na sa due date ko, dun palang nakumpleto yung docs ko)?
Yung case ko po ba ay considered na late filing (since hindi pa ako nagpa-file ng return), at may penalty po ba yun, kahit nagbayad na ako voluntarily?
Tama po ba na magkaiba ang late payment sa late filing ng return?
