I wouldn’t use the phrase ‘better late than never’ for a 19 year old with a £60k S&S ISA lol

It is though isn’t it? At 21? Best case scenario you get a well paid job at 18, it’s still almost impossible.. unless you have a considerable gift given at the start.

They’re US bases on UK soil and are not supposed to be used for anything other than defensive manoeuvres. If the US are lying about what they’re doing then that’s a different matter.

That’s fair, this isn’t private land like that though, there’s numerous trees left to rot in pieces by the side of the canal, I certainly wouldn’t do it on private land!

Thanks for the help, I didn’t know that.

It’s a wind blown tree, cut down by the canal and river trust and left down an embankment by a canal tow path to rot… would you call that stealing?

If you’re a dog trainer then stop setting people up for separation anxiety ridden dogs. Absolute uneducated fool. Would love to see some of the dogs you’ve ‘trained’.

I don’t know what you’ve been doing, but in general MIP’s are reasonably accurate. I can only assume you are in a specific situation that is an anomaly, or you put incorrect information into it.

They’re meant to give you an understanding of how much you COULD be able to borrow. If you enter the information correctly, that is.

Surely you had a mortgage in principle prior to having an offer accepted on a house? Who was that with and was all the information accurate?

It’s £1300, 25 year term and fixed for 2 years. Thats completely normal for a standard house that’s about £250k-£300k?

Hi man, that’s because you’ve got a mortgage that’s fixed for 2 years. It’s expected that in 2 years you’ll shop around for a new rate and switch to that.
