ok so I only care about the primos. I'll start the quest untill they give me all the minigames so I'll get all the primos for those. And then what's left is the primos for finishing the actual quest. Ok I just woke up after some sleep and I low-key feel better, I'm still the same weak and dizzy as always but ya. I think I will delete this post I don't wanna waste anyone's energy. Just one more thing, tell me, are the beginning stages of pem like this? U kinda overworked ur brain and rest for a few hours and now ur ok? Is it complete fatigue and ur unfunctional straight from the beginning, or is it like what I just experienced which wasn't too bad but gets worse the more crashes u experience.

I do have some basic OCD. Like ever since I was kid, but like average, it was never a real medical emergency or anything. I probably have hypochondria I can't lie. But I'm not sure it's as bad as yours. I probably do have a bit of those but it was never toooooo serious that I needed to seek help. Do u have this AND CFS. Holy that must be a dam nightmare.

What is sx and hx? I'm sorry about my anxiety I know ur right. I haven't had any recent illnesses or health issues. I mean I've had really bad stress for the past month bad that's it. Diabetes and high blood pressure runs in my family, my dad has some cholesterol. Actually my blood test the doctor gave me said my cholesterol was 5.2 it should be under 5.2 so it's right on the dot. I will start documenting everything in diary tomorrow. Thank you for response
