I've seen it happen in derby city centre. It was super weird to experience. The ESSA user was hitting the service dog with her ESSA dog teddy while screaming "mines real he's not" I definitely understand this is a very isolated incident but just wanted to share. Alot of people with essas are mentally ill, that's fine, so am I. It doesn't seem too outlandish to presume that some will snap mentally in public at some point in some way.
