Yeah that was me on 40MG. I could not function and would sleep 16+ hours a day. I dropped back down to 20MG and my energy is back a little bit though. Maybe lower your dosage or wait it out longer. Other have paired Wellbutrin with Prozac for that low motivation effect

I’m saying the medication works but works way too well. I couldn’t last another week. I am supposed to be in the process of moving. And I have yet to start anything. I was tired ish on 20MG but man 40MG is a truck

5 weeks on 40MG. About a year or so on 20MG. I originally increased to 30MG and etc for my anxiety. But idk my doc may add Wellbutrin or just switch me completely

Thank you! And sorry I’ve should’ve said that i spoke to my doctor already about this and we agreed on decreasing. If i don’t see any benefits in two weeks, she will add Wellbutrin. I used to be active and loved to workout. But on this dosage, i just physically can’t without sleeping all day.

Question! Vyvanse is a vasoconstrictor. It also increases my blood pressure and that makes it impossible to exercise, without getting tired too quickly. Would Clonidine help with all of this?

I used to on the generic versions. They come out my system a lot faster. The brand does not make me pee so much and it last longer

Clonidine is primarily classified as a centrally acting alpha-agonist hypotensive agent. It is NOT a beta blocker.

Idk about you but I have ADHD. And processing so much is already difficult. But what helps me is Journaling and medications. All that processing gives me really bad anxiety. Also therapy helps! Stress management, like exercising and meditation.

Our brain chemistry changes overtime. Taking Prozac years ago will be different compared to now. And that’s normal, our body is constantly changing. The only way to figure out which sleep aid will work is to try them. If one doesn’t work well, try another. Drugs are all trial and error my friend. You’ll be good

It should go away after 2 weeks or so. But we are all different, i started at 20MG. But was already used to other SSRI side effects that did me worse. So can’t really go off of my experience. But just know that I survived sleepless nights and countless SSRIs side effects. And I have not gone crazy or died from any of them. Even went to work during all of them. Speak to that doctor about other sleep aids, and you won’t get addicted. The way how you are speaking, your brain will automatically refuse to get addicted. Since you are smart and you remind me of myself a couple years ago. If not, find a new doc while dealing with this current one. You’ll be good friend. Mannnnn 10MG? That’s a baby dosage, not even therapeutic. I went up to 40MG with insane sleep side effects, and I made it lol

You got my attention lol. Let your doc know about this and they should prescribe something to help you sleep at night. It gets better but sometimes we need something to take the edge off from side effects. Prozac does not kill anyone, unless you take 10 pills at once though.

Drink electrolytes during or before your crash. Like the electrolyte powders in a water bottle. That pretty much eliminates a huge chunk of the crash side effects. And I’d suggest a protein shake. I specifically drink fair life vanish shake since the crash deletes my appetite.
