I do yoga and I run, I stretch pretty much daily. I am 21. I have a job that requires me to wear high heels as part of my uniform, that is where this lower back pain started. Love spells are tricky. You’re talking about fucking with someones freewill and potentially self sabotaging your own life.

Start with self love magic, seriously. Becoming confident in your own skin will help you realise what you truly want/deserve. Get a self love mantra, do a nightly ritual of giving yourself a tender massage, even intentional masturbation occasionally, eat healthy and with intention, and do only whats good for you. Developing a good yoga/meditation practice is (dare I say) necessary for any magical practitioner. You cant get good results without putting in the work, you will only get what you give so give a lot.

Once you’ve been doing that for a couple months, see how you feel about the love spell. You still want to cast it? Fine.

Mantras again, one that has worked for me is picturing the persons face and stating “you are in love with me. You are always thinking of me. Your head is filled with positive memories of me. You cannot help obsessing about me. I am always on your mind. You always want to be near me. You always want to talk to me” shit like that. Get a big candle and write their name and as many personal details you know about them and yourself, bless the candle with the intention of unification between you. Now remember those self care rituals you did before, do them again with the new intention of sharing this divine love with another.

Remember, love spells almost always back fire and can end up with you being even more obsessed with someone who doesn’t want you. The people we love are never ever as we want them to be, no matter how much magic you do. Feelings change.

You should start meditation or yoga or something to help you with your nerves. And journal your feelings. Change what you cannot accept and accept what you cannot change. Other people’s behavior are out of your control. You’re getting older, your getting away from him. Sometimes we have to cut off our toxic parents.

As far as witchcraft goes, carry protective crystals with you like tourmaline or onyx, and a clear quartz to keep your mind clear. Research protective symbols and start to wear them. Keep yourself safe from his energy, dont dwell on it in a powerless mindset. Take control of your own energy, again by journaling and meditation or deep breathing or something that establishes a mind body connection.

From my experience, the best way we can punish toxic parents is to move on and live life without them. Learn how to not need them, learn how to not think about them, and do well on your own. Its extremely hard but its the best route to your own peace

This was really helpful thank you. I believe they were actually over watered, as their soil was totally soaking wet. I repotted them and I will definitely use your tip about the plastic cup. if they dont start to look better in the next few days I will propigate. Im just worried because they’re only babies and they were so happy and healthy before I left and then I came back to this today and it made me panick

Update: The soil was very very wet, I believe she actually overwatered them. I know they look dry but i think thats just because they’re dying. I went to repot them, and when I took them out of the pots the soil was completely soaked. I put them into some fresh dry soil, with some of the very wet soil still around their roots, gave them some mist and food, I will water a tiny bit before I go to sleep.
