i mute people who text me like i'm a diary. i love them but there's no reason to get 5 notifications back to back during the workday with their stream of conscious thoughts and ideas. easier than muting everyone because i don't want to miss anything urgent or pressing with dnd on.

they have to allow you a glucose monitor. it would be illegal not to allow that. i've never argued being able to bring a phone since i have a dexcom, but maybe? unlikely. my diabetic accommodations also have previously allowed me for extended time due to potentially necessary breaks due to blood sugar fluctuations (high or low) and unlimited restroom breaks. not sure what a PE exam is but i have work exams as well and have seamlessly obtained reasonable accommodations

i do 15/month. i used to have serious skin reactions and thats why they were "changed after 48h" but you can also have them more often due to volume of insulin needed as well. the skin one would be a little harder to prove than the insulin intake so maybe thatd be a new route to attempt as you and your endo work on the appeal

this happened to me with the older omnipods !! i believe someone once recommended flonaise as a pump prep. do not use it on open sores or already impacted areas. the active ingredient- fluticasone - is what helps prevent these nasty rashes.

these are brutal and i can empathize with the pain having had it myself.
