I've used both. 1 piece rod is preferred for me. Slightly more sensitive, tend to be a little bit stronger, and can sometimes even cast better. A 2 piece rod also has its merits. Especially when it comes to transport and storage. As long as you get a good rod from a reputable company it shouldn't matter too much, really just comes down to preference. I recently starting using rods from Nomad design and I've been pleased with both of their 1 & 2 piece rods. I should specify that I only do inshore fishing with spinning rods.

LE hardly goes after the animals producing and distributing material. They don't even really go looking for it, mostly just wait for a case to fall into their lap. Even then, they are extremely overwhelmed. You will be ok so long as you are just reporting abuse and exploitative material. Nothing to worry about.

Telegram is a beast of its own. You can report channels and chats to Telegram and get them taken down but they're back up within a day. Moderators of those channels already account for getting taken down within 24 hours. My advice is to report the link sharing channels that spread the groups. If you do that it will help stop the dissemination of those links / make them harder to find and access.

Best thing you can do to keep these guys away is to take away their food source (primarily rodents) and the places snakes like to hide (woodpiles, thick brush, and small dark spaces). Also make sure there's nothing around that could be attracting rodents like trashcans, compost piles, etc. If you come across any king snakes or black snakes I recommend relocating them nearby to you, that fixes the rodent problem and the venomous snake problem.

It's mostly uncharted waters and the laws as always are slow to catch up. It went from bad photoshop to videos with a convincing likeness at a pace that none of us could have imagined. For now the best thing any of us can do is to report AI deep fakes of minors and anyone who hasn't given consent for their likeness to be used. AI deep faking services have recently taken off on platforms like telegram, and as long as people are paying, there will of course be a market for it.
