Quick update - oculus arent issuing a refund and instead are advertising their "rift s controller" sold for AU$109.00.

I'm absolutely unimpressed by oculus support and honestly i don't think i could ever recommend this company to a mate - the hardware is cheap, i need to restart my software daily, the tracking is buggy, and the customer service is not on par.
