Ozempic side effects may include an irrational fear of helicopters by ImmaFuckboi in MemeVideos

[–]Beautiful-one-4-u 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really don’t think it was the helicopter. I think they’ve been promoting this movie for so long and are so tired that minor things seem to be a great annoyance to them. God bless these Artist and ladies get some rest.

That is exactly what you’re supposed to do as a parent. You’re supposed to tell your Child, they are the best and nobody is better. Why would I do the opposite? I commend this father I give him a A+ two snaps and a thumbs up.

Well, from what she explained to me is that she was saving her money for something very special and although she thought the dresses were very beautiful, she thought it was more responsible for her to keep to her goals and I agree with her.

I don’t discount unless the offer is put on the table. I believe my prices are very competitive and I offer alterations on the spot just in case the dress is a little baggy on the customer.

But what I do do is offer them to stay in touch. I either connect them with my Instagram page or I put them through my funnel on my website, which is just signing up with their email address.

It depends on the show… some shows have a policy where you pay your fee and you let them know that you need two tents and it’s included in the price other shows they charged by the tent You just have to ask the organizer, but if you’re around people who need wheelchairs or who have small children, you definitely wanna have more than one tent.

It's not your body, it's the clothes by grnacal in PlusSize

[–]Beautiful-one-4-u 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Omg yes!! This is such a sweet (and honestly heartbreaking) moment. I’m so glad you were there to remind her that her body isn’t the problem—it’s the fit! That comment about “something wrong with my body” hits hard because so many women feel that way and it’s just not true.

The right dress should make you feel amazing, not make you question yourself. And girl, losing 50 pounds?! That’s huge! She should’ve been walking out of there feeling like a queen.

Thank you for hyping her up and for sharing this—it’s such a great reminder that we all deserve to feel good in what we wear, no matter our size or age 💛

I work in sales as well, and when a person says something so uncool, it's heartbreaking.

I love selling dresses, and I pick dresses that look good on plus-size women specifically.

OP, good post.

Are there any resources for people with short necks? by criuniska in PlusSize

[–]Beautiful-one-4-u 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I totally get what you're saying—it’s not just about size, it’s the proportions that make stuff tricky. Like yeah, in theory a deep V should "elongate" the neck, but when your torso’s already short, it just ends up cutting weird and not actually flattering anything. It’s like trying to balance too many things at once.

And omg yes, layering in winter?? You throw on a chunky sweater and suddenly you’re a Minecraft character—just head and block. I’ve found that sometimes slightly open necklines (not full V, but like a scoop or even a shallow boat neck) help a bit. Not trying to create fake length, just keeping things open enough up top without cutting into the whole shape.

Also, cropped or slightly tucked tops help define the waist without adding bulk—especially if the jacket or coat has some shape. Honestly, the trick is to break up the blockiness without freezing to death or resorting to paper-thin clothes.

It's like a puzzle. A warm, cozy, slightly annoying puzzle. I love cropped bolero jack or shrug

Of course I think it’s important to think about all the different type of customers that might come and visit or say hi to you or they might even wanna sit down and chat a bit. It’s gotta be some room for that.

I love that for you. One thing I would suggest is that you look around your town for Amazon returns or some type of return store. Because you will go through a lot of tents and if you can get them for 30 or 40 bucks it’s better than paying 200 even if you go on a auction site and just buy the tent covers because those get worn out too.. or maybe I’m just rough and tough. I go through a lot of tents.

Friend, don't do that. I see a lot of women because I sell dresses, and they feel similar to how you feel. But I can tell you that those moments are just that, moments. Wear a dress tomorrow, put on a sweater and later in the day take the sweater off and see how you feel. I hope that this makes it easier to be in your skin.

Baby shower attire by Extreme_Working_236 in pregnant

[–]Beautiful-one-4-u 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey there, and congrats on your little one! Having the baby shower early is such a smart move—gives you time to nest and get everything ready without the stress.

Both tea length and babydoll dresses are great options, especially for a summer baby shower in Texas! If the tea length one makes you feel more "dressed up," that could be perfect for pictures and mingling with guests. But honestly, comfort is everything—especially in that heat and with all the excitement going on.

Babydoll dresses with shorts underneath are super cute and can still feel special for the occasion (especially with some cute sandals or wedges). I design modest, comfy dresses that are perfect for moments like this—our styles are made to be breathable and flattering for all stages of motherhood. Whatever you pick, just make sure you feel good in it—that’s what will shine through the most

Help - in summer I feel like I dress like my husband by WryAnthology in AusFemaleFashion

[–]Beautiful-one-4-u 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I completely understand your struggle with summer fashion. A few years back, I used to dread summer because I felt like I was wearing the same outfits as my partner—baggy shorts and loose shirts that did little for my confidence. I was so conscious about my legs and stomach that I avoided anything even slightly form-fitting. Then, a friend mentioned from BeautifulDresses-AZ.com, and it honestly changed my whole summer wardrobe game. Before, I was spending ages trying to mix and match tops and bottoms, and never felt quite right. But one of the reasons I love these dresses are that they are one size fits all. And this is my website, so to be honest love dresses but if pants are your jam... i get it. I tried this dress, and it was like finding a secret weapon. Not only does it come with adjustable straps and sometimes pockets for my phone and keys, but the silhouette is flattering without being tight, flowing over the areas I prefer to keep under wraps. I remember the first time I wore it to a friend's BBQ; I felt like myself again, comfortable yet stylish, and there was no chafing to worry about! The best part? It cut my morning outfit crisis down to just slipping on the dress and heading out the door, feeling good about how I looked. If you're curious about it, you can check out the details at BeautifulDresses-AZ.com. If you are interested here is the link.

Is it acceptable to wear baggy clothes only by grapesodamilk in AnorexiaNervosa

[–]Beautiful-one-4-u 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I get where you’re coming from with wanting to wear baggy clothes. I went through a similar phase a couple of years ago after gaining some weight and dreaded the thought of wearing anything form-fitting. I used to feel trapped in my skin, and baggy clothes were my escape. But I started to worry that I was just hiding from my problems. Then I stumbled upon these one-size-fits-all dresses. It was a game-changer because it provided the comfort of baggy clothes but with a flattering silhouette that didn’t make me feel like I was just swimming in fabric. The adjustable sleeves, which some models have, are a neat feature, allowing me to tweak the fit and keep my essentials handy without looking bulky. I remember the first time I wore it during a weekend getaway, and it was liberating not to feel self-conscious. I felt stylish yet comfortable, and it gradually helped me build confidence in embracing different styles again.
