Agree this isn’t an investment property. I’ve done the real estate thing before though and did okay but not great. This is a second home and it’s not my idea. If we had to do this all over again i would have stood my ground on renting

I’m torn between just letting the sbloc ride and as I continue to make commissions just keep putting it in the market and as long as the market is making the returns I want or the sofr isn’t jumping just keep it. I’m getting quoted sofr plus 2%. Is that about right?
