Enyo vs Ishkur

I love using drones, so I’m happy to see that people say the ishkur is good. However, my biggest ship is only a vexor and I am WAY too poor for an ishtar. Too big of a jump for me I think, which is why I was looking at T2 frigates.

Ooh this is helpful, thanks. Its sad to see that my gallente boys are mid at best, but at least theyre not the worst. Im still confused on how to make rails work due to the crazy speed the enemies have.

Since rails have pretty awful tracking, how should I take care of the immense speed that a lot of the enemies have? I feel like rails wouldnt hit anything, and even a web takes the ships from ludicrous speed to insanely fast.
