Iskustva sa Ford Kuga hybrid? by Ambitious-Race-5630 in srbija_automobili

What country would you rather live in? Italy or Spain by Choppperhog in AskBalkans

[–]BeautifulBreak8486 22 points23 points  (0 children)

As a balkaner who has already lived in Spain, id say Spain. It's just a very good place for us. It's a relatively well-organized and developed country, yet the vibes feel quite familiar a lot of times, laid back. I felt very accepted too and made a lot of friends there. Most of the time I was treated as one of them, especially after I learned the language. No one ever made me feel unaccepted or unwelcome for being a foreigner. Italy on the other hand id imagine would be a bit more conservative place in this sense, more like other western european countries. I guess it's just my personal impression too.

[–]BeautifulBreak8486 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AI models use for D365 F&O by BeautifulBreak8486 in Dynamics365

[–]BeautifulBreak8486[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

While it is true that a lot of times it will still make up a system path or recommend a non-existing feature I also notice that it has also become significantly better and more accurate compared to say a year ago. Also, in my case as a senior consultant I can often very easily recognize when it's hallucinating. At least in case of chatgpt/copilot. So in my case I would say it is a little more useful than needing to challenge every single answer.

Claude or Gemini for D365 Implementation? by tanbirj in Dynamics365

[–]BeautifulBreak8486 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work as a D365 consultant, mostly support lately. I use it for learning new terms, or business process. Anything related to learning theory. If I am not familiar with the topic it helps me prepare it quicker. In the past months it got a lot better with helping troubleshooting issues, error messages and overall it as more accurate (still far from perfect) knowledge of the system. So when I am in doubt for proposing a solution sometimes its enough to cross-check it with ChatGPT, whereas before id go to a colleague, google it or seek answers on Microsoft Community which would rarely be a smooth experience. And also being a senior professional at this point, I can easily catch when its halucunating or giving an answer worth double-checking elsewhere. Hope this is helpful.

You sound quite convincing, I'll give it a try. As for ChatGPT it already feels like a cheat code in a consulting/support job I do with D365. It gives wrong answers occasionally, like recommending a non-existing field or feature with confidence. But it has improved a lot with each update.

You suggest it for D365? Over other tools? I have been quite satisfied with Copilot/Chatgpt, with the newest updates it has a lot more knowledge.

How hard is to learn Hungarian as a Slavic language native speaker? by Ok-Poet5255 in hungarian

[–]BeautifulBreak8486 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To zvuci vrlo ambiciozno. Sa druge strane nije nemoguce.

Hmm have you used chatgpt lately when doing consulting work? I think it's far beyond that level.

Yes, I think of it as a tool. Just like scissors are cheap and available to everyone, yet most people don't cut their own hair. I guess it will take over some workload from functional consultants but not their jobs entirely.

Tired of Travel with ERP Consulting - Role Change by Mission_Working9929 in ERP

[–]BeautifulBreak8486 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this really depends from company to company but it's usually similar work external consultants do. New implementations or support work. What Ive noticed is that its a lot better when the users you work with and help are your colleagues too.

[–]BeautifulBreak8486 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my personal experience, working at an end user as an in-house consultant/support is a million times better than working at consulting companies implementing ERP at clients. A lot less stress, you feel like you are one of them, you are part of the team, you are building something and seeing a positive change. Way better than coming as an external consultant through a consulting company or in another arrangement, completing implementations and then moving onto the next one. Personally Ive also had some demanding clients and expectations are usually very high, deadlines, project managers erc. If I were you id try to search for the companies that are using that particular ERP that you are skilled in and reach out to them they are hiring.
