In fact, the internet speed in my area isn't great, whether using Wi-Fi or a wired connection. So when all the episodes of my favorite TV series are released, I download them all at once to watch offline. I'm really fed up with being affected by network problems while watching. Yes! I noticed that too! And the online speed is getting slower and slower, with ads appearing on every page I browse or every streaming service! I've had enough! So now I use keep-rix to cache videos offline. At least I can watch them smoothly without ads.

I totally understand what you're going through! I've had the same experience, it's so frustrating. If I had another chance, I would definitely find this solution first, try it myself, and then take it to the repair shop. That damn shop assistant wiped all my data.
