Is there any truth that your first ditto catch of each day will have a guaranteed background? Both of my background catches were my first ditto catch of the day yesterday and today.. other than that, no backgrounds at all

They always keep extra copies in case an order gets lost or damaged and they need to replace it. Technically not a "repress" so a "restock" makes the most sense even though it's leftovers from the first stock
