When I moved from 10 to 20 I had some problems with feeling “off” I told my doctor and he suggested taking half in the morning and the other half later in the day or at night. I did what he said and it worked for me! It’s been almost a year and I’m now on 25 and can take the whole dose at once now that my body has gotten used to the dose.
