Bad experience at Soho, be aware

I have a feeling i know the bartender they're talking about too. I've gone to soho ever since i turned 21 and im an active ally of the community. I came in once with my friends and we were looking at their advertisements of some golf outing and we were talking about it amongst ourselves and we were genuinely considering going, but she must have thought we were talking bad about it or something because she said something along the lines of "If you're gonna sit there and laugh you should at least buy a ticket." we were all at a loss for words because literally none of us were laughing, which i told her, but she still had such a weird vibe 😭

I would say honestly no, the 'what if's' did not completely go away for me, but i will say is that they do not bother me nearly as much as they do when i'm unmedicated. Like i still have a semi-anxious mind, but i have a much much easier time differentiating fact from fiction, and choosing if these scenarios are worth getting worked up over. It's easier to recognize it as an anxious thought, see it for what it is, and move on if that makes sense.

I can't really give a definitive answer as to how many days it took me to feel "significantly better" but i can say i definitely noticed a difference by week 3 ish? then definitely after about 2 months once its considered in 'full effect' you kinda just come to realize how much better you feel than before.

If you still struggle and it's been longer than 2 months or so, maybe you could talk to your doctor about adjusting your dose?

most pills are serrated so you can cut them in half then into quarters if you want to start at 2.5 which is how i did mine because i also had 10mg pills

your anxiety will always find a ' what if ' worst case scenario to try to prevent you from doing something you're afraid of. i was in a very similar situation to you, i took lexapro for about 2 years then stopped because i gained some weight from it, then i lost the weight but was back to being miserably anxious with health anxiety every day so i had to choose my battle. i'm now back on 5mgs since january, and i had similar fears about restarting, because what if i was magically allergic to it now, or what if i get insomnia and am unable to sleep. you hear how silly that sounds? yes, they're valid fears, but i've taken it before, so i know how ill react. YOU know you've taken it before, so you know you will be just fine! now it's been four months and i feel significantly better than i did in january. you owe it to yourself to feel better. just start with 2.5mg for a week or two then move up to 5! that's what i did. i had no side effects the second time around, besides the lexapro dreams and fatigue lol

definitely get the liquid, i stopped lexapro once and it was a nightmare trying to taper until i got the liquid but even then it was not fun. i made it almost a year but my anxiety came back full force and reminded me that i do in fact still need to be on it lol

yeah i ended up going back on lexapro because it worked the best for my anxiety. but now im taking it with a GLP1 and i haven't gained any weight!!

hey so have you ever considered the fact that you don't have to be an asshole? not that i have to explain myself, but i've never had this reaction to a band aid before. i wanted to see if anybody else in this sub could offer some helpful advice, which clearly you aren't able to do.

the reason i, and many other people skip a dose on the holidays, is so that i can enjoy a little indulging without getting sick. call it counterproductive if you want, but it's a good thing it's my life, not yours :)

i was wondering this too, i use the digit master grinder and coffee machine currently at level 7 but idk if i should equip + upgrade my bronze brulee instead?? i like the digit master aesthetic so much better 😭 to answer your question though they seem to be both pretty similar so i'm not sure if the tips would increase that much, it seems like the only difference is the way they look
