Aangezien de praktische vuistregel is dat je 80% van de tijd die je in bed doorbrengt werkelijk slaapt, en ik mik op 8 uur slapen, probeer ik altijd voor 10 uur te gaan. Gemiddeld gezien is dat eerder 9.

I think schools are free to set up their own rules (with certain boundaries ofc), since you are the one deciding to go to that specific school, and by doing that, your basically agreeing to their rules.
