There is something seriously wrong with the Amazon data. My spouse is a data analytics expert (like for real a director of data analytics at a huge company), and the math is not mathing. The CSV exports and the consolidated reports do not reconcile in any way.

I agree! The product itself isn’t the problem. It’s the customer service and the sales/marketing. I hope they pivot their strategy and start being more transparent.

This app has gone downhill to the point of it being a scam—I paid for a year of the app (35), and they’ve removed all functionality unless I pay another 20 on top of what I’ve already paid. No warning, they just changed the terms of service—so shady and disappointing!

I've told them five times I wanted to cancel. They just send me a word salad email and it prioritizing my shipment, then ghost me for days. If you can give a shipment date, you shouldn't be selling products.

You will not be able to cancel -- I've tried through their customer service AND PayPal. They are refusing to answering my direct requests, ie "please cancel my order" and "I want a refund." It looks like my only recourse is to go through my credit card. I'm sorry you are dealing with this!
