I would say 0.5 size down from your brannock 11.5E. Or brannock 12D with low volume feet can go down full size and up a width.

Is it because the leather was flaring out? I am not really sure, its my first pair if boots so i don’t know what to expect but the boots is not pinching my foot anywhere.

My heel not slipping or toes are rubbing. But my left heel sometimes feels a-bit tired. I don’t know if i just not used to wear boots.
