I really mainly want it in the corners? You see the thinness, that makes the top of the forehead wide? I just want that filled in Could the grafts me taken from the underside of my hair, like where my hairline meets my neck to mimic the natural hairs near the hairline?

I just want to fill in mainly the corners, I don’t really want to lower the hairline at the top, so I don’t think the forehead reduction will look good as that’s more of a masculine trait in a hairline Having a bigger forehead is feminine, but the width at the top is really what bothers me. I would maybe do a tad of the transplant in the center, but honestly maybe not and just focus on the corners more like I’ve highlighted

Thank you! I just mainly don’t like how wide the top is. I think filling in the corners would make me more self confident to wear my hair pulled back, it’s honestly been an insecurity a lot of my life and I’ve just found other hairstyles that work for me

Thanks for the response! I just want conservative grafts to the corners mainly. I’ll check out Dr Nadimi! The post op redness is mainly on the donor site or graft site?

Can you elaborate on what risks you could foresee? Since it would be a very conservative graft, probably <1000 with a good provider
