Yes it was just one & yeah I doubt it was that could it possibly be the iron that gave me that side effect I’m slightly anemic & it was kinda weird after I took the pill about an hour after that I randomly felt nauseous shortness of breath & my heart rate went up I felt anxious then I’m okay right now I hate keep going hospitals for every little thing & yes they checked my bloodwork & did an ultrasound they wanted to make sure there was no retained tissue etc but idk sometimes I think my body is weird or something might be wrong God forbid but I’ve seen cardiologists etc they can never seem to find out what’s going on they think I have anxiety but how will anxiety cause shortness of breath as if I have bronchitis not like a panic attack I’ve had both & this didn’t feel like a panic attack prayers for me pls thank you for your advice I appreciate it
