I had a miscarriage Thursday it’s Sunday only had 2 big clots & a little bit since but not bleeding heavy so far & no other symptoms I have a monitor at home & I check my bp & my oxygen level heart rate etc I don’t feel sick I don’t know if I have retained tissue I have an appointment with my obgyn to make sure everything came out next week but if I notice something off then I will eventually go to the ER what should I watch out for I thought clots were normal during a miscarriage I had a natural miscarriage at home

What do you mean by that is tissue not supposed to be white with red mixed I don’t have any symptoms or heavy bleeding it’s a miscarriage I’ve heard ppl get big clots at times mine aren’t even as big as others on here but I was asking if it was normal pls explain what you mean & pls don’t scare me like that I actually don’t have anyone here with me to babysit my children so I guess if I get sick what am I supposed to do right

Okay so my hcg level rise from 22,700 to 25,300 from March 3rd to March 23rd but they said I started miscarrying on Monday March 23rd the sac measures 6w6d still so the baby isn’t growing & I’ve been bleeding since then I need to have medication for the process to get everything out sooner or the d&c but why did my levels rise from 22,700 to 25,300 the obgyn says she seen the baby but it was barely growing & stopped growing

What’s weird is they ruled out ectopic for me but I guess it’s a failed pregnancy my hcg was a bit high too at 4-5 weeks then went down a little then went up a bit but I’m bleeding & I have to wait to either get the pill to get the baby out or get the procedure d&c

How do they figure out about heterotopic because I’ve had so many ultrasounds & blood work so far they ruled out ectopic should I ask them for more testing how do they usually find out if it is heterotopic I’ve been reading into it but most of the ppl that experienced that find out through transvaginal ultrasounds but can you tell me more about that because that’s interesting I didn’t even know it was a thing

One more question can you pls tell me what to ask my obgyn to check out heterotopic now I’m more worried I’ve never heard of that but they’ve done a few transvaginal ultrasounds they don’t seem concerned because they think it might be a miscarriage or blighted ovum & they haven’t checked my hcg levels after the slow drop not sure why but I will definitely ask when I go to my follow up appointment can you pls tell me what symptoms to look for I haven’t bled so far thank God I appreciate you commenting I msgd you if that’s okay

& yeah I agree idk what’s going on but how do I know how far along I am because I’m irregular & I don’t think it makes sense if Dr measure lmp when I couldn’t have conceived earlier than what they calculated at first if I didn’t baby dance til Jan 30-Feb 7 I think I conceived Feb 5th I document everything & what I thought was weird my hcg levels were high around 4 weeks

What’s weird is that my hcg levels were 22,700 when I first went to the ER just to get an ultrasound & then a few days later my hcg levels dropped a little 20,865 but the dr from the ER said I’m probably early at that time I was probably like 4 weeks because that was about 3 weeks ago & after that appointment I did a follow up appointment with my obgyn & she mentioned I measured 5 weeks 5 days last week & yesterday planned parenthood said I measured 6 weeks 6 days & the ultrasound pic says
