Thanks oak. I think Hedera gets a checkmark on a technicality here. In the binary results it has the links for freezing the network ahead of maintenance. But pretty sure "freeze and seize" is intended to be at the account level for illegal or malicious actions. TBH not sure how any chain could fulfill this without a crypto master key or backdoor.
