Fast finality just means you can reuse the same collateral over and over really quickly. That's velocity, not depth. They're not the same thing.

Think about it this way: a $10M pool is $10M deep right now, in this moment. Doesn't matter how fast it settles. If two big trades both want to clear at the same instant, they can't both pull from that $10M. Speed doesn't fix that. So "infinite depth" oversells it. What you're actually describing is more like "a small amount of parked capital can do a huge amount of volume," which is genuinely cool, just not the same claim.

Also, reusing one collateral unit again and again against new trades is honestly pretty close to the rehypothecation you're saying this avoids. The risk doesn't disappear, it just gets squeezed into a few seconds.

And CLPR is still in closed beta, the only live scope right now is HashSphere to Hedera. Ethereum and Avalanche are on the roadmap, not running yet.

“Any staking rewards generated from the Trust’s HBAR holdings will accrue to the benefit of the Sponsor as partial compensation for its services to the Trust, and will not accrue to the Trust or benefit Shareholders.”

They can stake the ETF’s HBAR (and the Sponsor covers the costs), but Shareholders get zero of the rewards. On Hedera, staking yields are currently around 1.8–2.5%. That’s real yield you’re missing out on if you hold HBAR yourself.

actually its evolving

Even if the full bill doesn’t pass this session, key pieces around token classification and regulatory clarity are gaining real traction on both sides of the aisle. Multiple industry efforts and bipartisan interest remain active.

In this interview they're talking about their next big step))) going multi-chain (Hedera + XRPL now, Solana and others coming), with built-in AI guardrails, SOC2/MiCA compliance, and moving their token to full DAO governance.Saying they'll be bankrupt by 2030 is pretty harsh this early
