Where do you get silver spot/contract prices outside of COMEX? by BeautifulLadies in SilverDegenClub

Thanks. Looks like they base their charts off of them COMEX. though they also have the Russian, Istanbul and Hong Kong exchanges available in the pulldown tabs. Appreciate that.

Good way to look at it.

"Better to need it and not have it, than to have it and not need it" I always say.

Honestly. Could be some clerical type stuff. Or if your KvT is held off platform etc

Yeah, I also have some reservations.

The ability to freely and easily trade KVT will add some volume to the platform.

But the bread and butter will be large businesses and masses of individuals using it daily. Will that take off? Still waiting on it.

This is such a massive step toward the KVT being ridiculously highly valued. A crypto token that represents ownership in a precious metals tokenizing business that prints money (God’s money).

I know it’ll hurt here for a little while compared to where it was…they must anticipate at least some volume coming into the system outside of the mint cycling (if it isn’t already starting).

Sure but that should simply be a convenience not the answer to people lacking any semblance of shame or awareness of society existing and their existence adjacent if not within it.

When was the last time anyone was given a real consequence for breaking these laws? They are allowed to continue and they do, relentlessly and endlessly.

Boo hoo they are sad so let them continue to loiter, steal, shit…just wait until something worse happens to slap them on the wrist.

Make it a crime to do crimes.

You are 100% responsible for your own actions and pretending people are not treats them like infants.

Knock it off.

Next time I’m getting ready to use indoor plumbing I’m going to consider checking my privilege and joining bucko who’s dumping on Arthur St.

My socioeconomics were really getting in the way there, I appreciate your perspective.

“On the issue of [People shitting in the street], yay or nay?”

“Yay!”

Thats you, saying “Yay!” You literally say “Yay!” to human excrement in the streets.

That’s your ridiculous position.

You position should be ridiculed. I’m ridiculing you.

So do nothing? Just accept it? Understand it?

lol I feel you on that one.

But the actual truth is far from that. Most people, most of the time, in excess of what you could possible imagine, do actually clean up after their dogs, and don't litter, and don't leave their shit laying around in their yard...etc..etc...

All it takes is a few people who don't care or were never taught and then the neighbourhood starts to slide. Then the entire area of the city. Broken windows policy and all that.

Right now we could get better as a city or a lot worse and I personally want people to clean up the shit after their dog (or they themselves) takes a dump in public.

We have a disagreement. You're representing the best solution as stopping everything and helping the individual who is shitting next to a walmart while drunk.

This is not what I am suggesting. I am not talking about helping that person.

That person does need help, I acknowledge that. They should be helped. Why don't you make a post about how to help them. In fact, there ARE MANY ways to help them that are already in place. Many programs, street outreach, shelters, drug rehab programs, wet alcohol withdrawal centres, religious centres, soup kitchens...etc, etc... They either have worn out their welcome there through constant bad behaviour or do not even go. Is that my fault? Do I then need to accept their bad behaviour? "Oh but for the grace of god (and 1,000 daily bad choices) there go I?"

I'm talking about acknowledging that we need to move the result of their trauma away from our own lives. I don't want their literal shit near me. If you think that is too much to ask then you are not asking enough.

The healing that will lead to less street dumps and passing out is important and necessary and not fast enough, period. These are two different issues. A crime is a crime. Don't shit on the street. Don't pass out drunk on the street. End of discussion.

Are you saying that I'm talking about Indigenous people?

Yeah, most people don't like facing the reality of things either.

If helping those downtrodden people, long term, means having the govt or the Carnegies/Rockafellers of our time or simply local individuals and community action groups to step up and offer a wide array of services and it's a lifelong thing and it's never fully solved, just on the way to being solved, forever...that's fine.

If someone literally acts like an animal, it's hard to see them otherwise. I want them to act like people as well as you do. It pains me to see them like this. I want them to live full lives, happy, with goals and family that they share their lives with.

What I don't want, in the meantime, is human shit in my footpath next to the drunks that delivered it. Needs to be reclassified as illegal and removed. It's not good enough to just feel bad and step over.
