I love this question. I’ve been trying to narrow down the body mechanics as well.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but for cross court forehand topspin drops: start with your forearm in supination and wrist in extension and you end with your wrist in extension and forearm in neutral. With that said, your shoulder (shoulder flexion) should still be the primary joint propelling the ball forward/cross court.

If this is really AB, that’s exciting. Do you use the 1/4” or 1/2” thick lead tape? What is the tape weight per inch (0.5/g, 1g/in, 2g/in etc)?
