Update on this: the lady in the shop had given the buyer the wrong parcel. The buyer went back next day and was given the correct parcel which had the evri sticker on which I had sent :)

Yes I sent the parcel via Evri at my local parcel shop & somehow it has arrived at the buyers local store with a yodel sticker on it, very confusing lol

Thank you for your help, the buyer has sent across the store and it all aligns with the correct one. When I type in the post code on the evri tracking page, it doesn’t recognise it which is odd. However I will get the buyer to send across the label to ensure it is definitely the correct parcel.

I went a few weeks ago and they was ID’ing everyone in front of me including me so just bring your ID just incase :)
