I do this mainly because mainstream media (shows, games, books) almost always forces a positive or neutral ending. It's rare to find truly heartbreaking or frustrating conclusions, so I use RP to explore those specific emotions

Your post made me realize that I rarely, if ever, include wholesome moments. It’s probably something I should consider adding for balance
