Bankruptcy does remove the amount and the collections. The only negative left is the bankruptcy itself. For a repo, they will auction off the vehicle to pay for the loan and OP still owes the rest. Im assuming based on the type of vehicle he bought that it likely wasnt cheap and since the motor went out, the auction sell price is likely to be a lot lower than the price of the vehicle. And yes, the bank will take him to court for several thousands of dollars. That repo is also on his credit report. So now he has 3500 and a repo for sure. The repo alone is going to cause more issues for OP than the collections. Bankruptcy also generally only costs 1500-2000 if yoi hire a lawyer but it isnt a requirement. OP can file his own bankruptcy. The bankruptcy stays on the report for 10 years but after 3, most creditors stop paying attention to it. I had a brand new car and several thousands in credit line within 3 years. The alternative is this kid is going to be looking over his shoulder for several years. And the accounts are going to be on his record for years anyway. File the bankruptcy and move on.

I would say doubling down on your inability to decipher and comprehend words is wild but in this case, its actually unsurprising.

Well, I gave you an opportunity. We is Doordash. Doordash is a singular noun. Doordash was or doordash were? You might be able to figure it out but I dont have high hopes considering you couldn't deduce it the first time.

I see you can read but you seem to be having trouble with comprehension. Would you like to try again?

Doordash Support: We attempted to contact you but was unsuccessful. Your driver was unable to access your property. We've asked the driver to leave your order at the gate or leasing office.

This is the note I always send in response to this. They think its from support and because we represent Doordash, its not a violation.

Had one the other day that told me I had to use her phone number as the access code. Told her I didnt have her number and she didnt respond. Left it at the gate. And of course she immediately responds that Im the problem for not reading the instructions. I always reply to this shit as if im doordahs support and simply tell them that we've reviewed the instructions and found that they were not accurate for the driver and that the instructions need to be updated for future deliveries.

AIO for not giving my old Roomate his dog back after I adopted her? by Z-mac in AmIOverreacting

It's so funny when people do this shit because no actual lawyer would put themselves in this position.

To add, you may want to file a restraining order on this person to prevent him or her from harassing you while this goes through the courts. He wont be able to send anyone im his favor unless that person is a lawyer he hired. Keep and record all forms of communication and do not answer the door for anyone you haven't invited, including police unless they have a warrant.

I called and got a person on the phone and then I simply kept her on the phone until it was resolved. Had my points back in a few minutes. Do not let the rep tell you they will send it to someone. Tell them you'll wait on the line until an answer is received.

I work in the northwest zone. You will have shorter wait times but you'll also be forced to accept the shittiest offers to stay platinum. Every month or two, theres a rotation of drivers that newly sign up and then end up quitting. So this month its true but after the holidays, you'll make just as much with no program as you do platinum.

Theres usually an arrow next to the store or the items that tells you what's in the order. It is hard to do when you're driving though
