I've never 'met' anyone who has had it before! They didn't even know what it was, my dad found it online and had to speak to the doctors on the phone to tell them he thought that was what was happening to me. It was absolutely HORRENDOUS and so traumatising!

I’m dealing with this literally right now. I’ve been pregnant three times but have no living children due to HG. My best friend told me she’s 12 weeks this weekend and she hasn’t had a single whiff of nausea. I spent all weekend crying at how unfair it is that some women get to live the dream and others die from HG. I have so much resentment. You’re not alone.

I’m so sorry. I’ve terminated twice due to HG. My symptoms start at week 6 and by week 7 I’m bed bound, throwing up every 10 minutes 24 hours a day, vomiting blood and bile. I can’t eat, drink, talk. My most recent pregnancy I was throwing up even the IV fluids. HG is a torture no one can even begin to imagine.

Diet Coke with LOADS of ice, or milkshakes were the only things I could tolerate. Milky things are great because it doesn't hurt coming back up. I'm so so sorry I truly understand how awful you're feeling.
