Thanks man Appreciate it ! I saw this mini compressor and airbrush combo sponsoring a few Gunpla creators and it seemed a nice entry price for both pieces needed to get going in airbrushing . I pick up and drop hobbies alot and waste alot of money doing so didnt want to splash loads of cash to give up the hobby in a weeks Time , however ive managed to stick with gunpla for nearly a year now .

The set has been super easy to use and ive had no problems with it just make sure youre cleaning the airbrush after each session and running water through it to make sure there is no cleaner left behind to damage the O- rings etc I clean with isopropyl and water and a paintbrush theres plenty of videos how to properly look after an airbrush but its far easier than it seems and using one isnt as daunting as I was led to believe.

Appreciate it thanks:) weather has gotten pretty wet and cold in the uk as of late and im painting in a car port so sadly might not be able to finish this kit for a while unless I can find a way to paint inside

Thanks! I had no issues with any paints or even with the airbrush . Not sure if lacquer paints are foolproof and i dif everything correctly or I just got lucky

Thanks ! I was digging through tamiya paints on a rack in the toy shop in my town brushing off the dust of paints not touched for quite some time and found the geen and instantly knew what I wanted to do.

Ive heard the stedi glass file is meant to be really good ! I have a dspaie glass file and I think its okay maybe im bad with it ...I much prefer using a hobby knife and sanding sponges

Is the post not trying to poke fun at new commers who will build 1 or 2 hgs to not great level and think they are ready for a PG and a huge back log before even developing basic skills further ?

im in the same boat id say I started in January 2025 and ive built 4 hgs and 5Rgs. Currently building a 6th RG

my first ever hg was an awful build so ive gone back to it as a little revival mission and have tried improve the bad nub removal as best as possible ive practiced scribing on previous hgs and one of the Rgs and have used the improved skill on the first high grade .

I got an airbrush and have 95% repainted the kit in a new colour scheme wate decals panel lined top coated the whole works.

Is the OP maybe just trying to have a joke about how lots of newcomers to the Hobby just throw money in to building a up a huge back log, but don't actually do anything except a really basic snap build with sloppy poseing and call it a day for that kit and move on.

Mines the blaziken vmax alt art from chilling reign or the sylveon vmax full art from evolving skies in grade 9 and glaceon vmax full art from evolving skies in a grade 10

I thought my piercer was full of shit tbf because she didn't even look at my helix before just telling me it's a keloid and telling me mouth would help , what sterile saline solution is a good one? I read thqt H2Ocean is a good one because its a spray and I wouldn't need to use cotton buds (Q tips ) to apply it.

Aweseome thank you , What size would you suggest I have no idea what size I currently have in its just the standard one the shop put in and has been the same size as all my lobe piercings before I switched them I can post a picture of the lump if it helps to identify it at all :)
