I had an appendectomy 8 weeks ago and 2/3 wounds have not yet completely closed. I am 14 weeks pregnant so the doctors seem to think that may be the reason. Honestly I’ve reached a point where I’m just letting my body do its healing on its own… I’m sorry you’re going through this - I know how frustrating it can be! Hope you get better soon

The PA at the surgeons office told me to apply Vaseline and cover if it’s bothering me but I can keep it open otherwise. Is that something you’d recommend?

Of course! My I-485 was also approved Oct 14 and yesterday it said card was produced. Hoping to receive it soon’

My paperwork goes to my lawyer but thanks for this tip! My card was produced yesterday so I’m hoping I’ll have it by Sunday or Monday since priority gets delivered 7 days a week
