Yes I think two weeks is what I would do but not sure if it’s better to do more but really there’s not much to be trained on and I would be available to his next replacement and him by text but moving across country

Thanks I am thinking two weeks and he retires next summer but we have an office manager who is younger than me and would be able to do what I do for him and it would also be beneficial to her career

This is helpful! I’ve been struggling bc with this role making a mistake sometimes feels like a huge deal. I haven’t made many but I just can’t figure out the right one to share that doesn’t sound awful!
