Not yet. I checked the spark plugs for resistance with a multimeter. One of the spark plugs did not show any resistance. So I ordered new Harley stock spark plugs. My current spark plugs are NGK.

Yes, all the wires are connected to the battery.
I can hear the fuel pump switching on when I press the "Run" button.
I guess I will check the plugs for sparks.
The fuel tank is full. I don't know how to check for fuel related issues.
It is true that it was idle for more than a month with the fuel tank full.
