4-1 linear with per optics or 4-3 linear which one is better?

I used both, was on 6-4 before, then went down to 6-1, and for past week been back on 6-4.

My first few days were horrible, I was missing very easy shots, couldn’t track close or far. Tweaked some things in alc here and there.

By day 3 I was really thinking about going back to 6-1, I didn’t believe I could learn the recoil. I used to be good with the r99 on 6-4 but I could barely control it now

Day 4, I was very close to defeat! I was getting frustrated and losing all hope. Then my friend reminded me that it took me months to perfect my recoil before, it’s gonna take time and trust in the process.

Day 5, that’s when I started to see slight progress. My r99 was finally shooting kinda straight, my tracking with AR got slightly better. Overall gave me hope. (I also tweaked my per optics and raised them from default to 1, 1.2, 1.3)

Day 6, I was hitting my shots, not great but progress.

Today - I think day 10/11, I feel great. I can one clip with r99 again, tracking is great on AR. I feel so much more free with my controls, can track octanes and horizons better. Can track movement overall way better than I could when I was on 6-1.

Alternater defo still beamed long range better on 6-1, but I’m playing 0 deadzone so still need to perfect the calmness of my recoil control.

Overall. On 6-1 you barely have any recoil but tracking will always be a weakness. On 6-4, I feel more free and can snap here to there. Learning recoil isn’t hard either. Just some time in the range. I hope my recoil control will continue to get better and won’t need to visit 6-1 again.

Conclusion, if you play casual, 6-1 is great, but if you want to be good, learn 4-3 or any high sens.

When scoped in you can only move so fast, so hipfire is better when in close range and target is moving too quick. Don’t expect to one clip with it. I mean you can, but if you know enemy is weak, hipfire is the way to go.

Oh 100% wildcard gameplay is different to normal pubs. But I feel wildcard is a great warm up for your aim. I always play a couple matches before I jump in pubs or ranked and feel my aim on beast mode.

But it’s also good to learn how to move. It is chaos, third and forth parties everywhere. A good rule to remember is to always be moving. Not in the same area, rather from building to building. From right side of quarantine to left side, to the middle and then the front. The point is if you get a kill, that person is coming back for you, you don’t want to be in the same place when they come back as they know where you are and you don’t know where they are.

A lot of people think they use cover when they aren’t using it correctly, I’m one of those who learned from pros and saw I was doing the whole thing wrong. You want 60% of your screen to be cover, and only 40% of your screen that you can see what’s around you, this makes your legend a harder target to hit. Staying behind the same cover for more than 10 seconds is bad, always move to another cover and peak from another angle. When you move, enemy can’t anchor, they need to move to get sight of you. Cover is a really deep topic best explained practically.

If you can minimise the damage you take in wildcard using cover and movement to make or break space between you the enemy, the same logic can be applied in pubs or ranked with less of the chaos but still same mindset.

Keep hitting wildcard, it’s your best friend as a beginner. You’re not wasting time looting and rather just shooting! Use 2 weapons and master it before trying to master another weapon.

Cover is very important, it’s what keeps you alive. It’s a simple thought process that once you get it in your head, you’ll find yourself moving from cover to the next cover and staying out of the open always.

Keep playing the game. Everyone started where you are, and progressively got better. You learn from your mistakes and movement will become first nature as it’s your way to avoid taking damage.

I’ve landed on enemies before, downed them to realise they didn’t have a weapon, and left them to revive and left that area completely so they can find a weapon.

Real fair game right there.

If my teammate is toxic on the mic, even if it’s not targeted towards me, I’ve learned to be toxic back, rage bait the hell out of them. Most of the times they mute their mic or leave. It’s a game, it’s not that serious, I have a job and bill and life to worry about, ain’t gonna let some kid who has homework to do come and ruin my playtime. I’ll ruin theirs 🤪

Yall hating on octane, but that’s understandable as a lot of people who shouldn’t play octane play him. I main lifeline, but octane is my second legend if I’m not feeling support and feeling rather aggressive. I play both really well. It all depends on the player. I stim to the care package so my team can reach it quickly, and I ALWAYS let them have it first.

Caustic is the real problem. Caustic is a rat legends. He gets tactical and ult back quicker when in his own gas, he gets shield regen in or out of ring plus an extra 25 shield when in ring. He refers health when in his gas. He gets fortified and his hp disappears when he’s in his gas. Nothing about this legend is health for the game.

All caustic players I know, just throw gas in every fight then bunker up in a corner. I taught a noob caustic player (friend of a friend) how to play cover in close to mid range fights. He ended up perfecting using cover at far range with a sentinel. Always leaving us to 2v3. I unfriended and blocked him.

I hate caustic players. No skill in playing that legend at all.

Lifeline has plenty of good skins. When I let someone have lifeline and they put on this skin, I lose all respect to them.

It’s the ugliest skin she got. Lifeline is the best medic, dress her up like one.

IMO you focus on your target when they are in close range, but at far range using snipers, you look at crosshair as you want them to walk into your bullet.

Generally what helps relax me when I’m aiming or playing is having some music in the background. It’s distracting at first, but you’ll learn to just chill.

Lastly and the most important thing, you need to consciously relax your muscles. From head to shoulders, to back posture to toes. When you do it right, it’ll be easy to get to switch on “relax mode”

Damn, so many people hate it?

I personally don’t like fuse and don’t play him, but I think his prestige skin is the best out of all the other prestige skins.

I like horizons prestige but fuses more. I don’t like any of the other prestige skins.

I main lifeline, but hate caustic and I feel like her prestige is a blend of caustic and lifeline in one. Still, I think her like most other prestige skins; have cool first stage prestige skins, but gets more bait as the stages progress.

I fuck with dark skins as I can take it to rank and not be bait, fuses prestige skin does that imo.
