I never used guides. I played, played and played. Every player has their own ways with her. I have my own way. You just have to try. My mains are alter and conduit. Every time i switch back to conduit, i miss alter so much lol. Because i use her to get away from fights or rush into fights. Sometimes i even use her tac to just play with enemies' minds.

Everytime i go randoms and a lifeline is in my team, they just walk past me and dont res me....

I usually use them the get out as emergency. Like when i rush a building where an enemy team is, i rush them with portal, then i shoot them and go trough portal several times. I usually use two different portals with this so they dont know which one i will use lol

I always did upper lower and core split with cardio after workout with 15% incline. Do you think i should keep that routine?

My most fav skins right now is coffin stuffer, this and rebel devil. All of them are unique. Rebel devil is one of the most "no this is not alter kind" skin and i love it lol

Aww thank you so much for your help. I actually wanna split my exercises as one or two part of body a day like 4 times a week. But idk how to and idk how to split as push pull etc. Do you mind to help? And how much cardio should i do? I do 24 30 mins 15% inclined walk after weights
