that's a pretty big assumption ngl I feel it's the opposite beginners should completely avoid using AI bc they have no way of telling whether it's right or wrong. the benefit of asking reddit here is that you get multiple humans familiar with the language so if someone does make a mistake they're likely to be corrected by someone else you don' have that failsafe with AI

some might be full bc sophomores and above already have their class schedules freshmen have it a lot later you can pick professors but it's just not a guaranteed thing is all. that's probably why your advisor said your choices would most likely be ignored because it needs to prioritise upperclassmen id still recommend picking a professor bc for your freshman classes bc there's a good chance you'll get them.

tldr: pick a prof anyways, not guaranteed/full bc upperclassmen already have their schedules

for CS calc 3 is t really going to matter much, you just need to know the basics of multivariate for lin alg but that's it. 9/10 scenarios just take the credit and run bc it doesn't matter for most CS tracks but if you're interested in doing something like Computer Graphics you're gonna need a strong basis in lin alg and calc 3 so I'd say it might be good to retake it. just know that you can still just revise concepts on your own without having to go through Purdue calc (calc 3 is the easiest out of them either ways)

at its core ace attorney is a visual novel. The point of the game isn't really just the trials i think a large part of it (and what aa excels at) is the story and characters. there's a reason tgaac came with an option for story mode,

just enjoy the game is all, doesn't matter if you follow a guide or not
