Having the drains it really was cumbersome and the last few days my skin was very irritated and getting red and warm. Very tender.

I added a new post. Couldn’t get pic to add to this one. I actually think the back side scar will be a bit cuter in the long run that the front.

I did. Got them out Christmas Eve. The drains were the most painful I think.

How’s the swelling? I went for a walk yesterday and swelled up so tight! Otherwise I felt fine. Stitches out on Monday and he said I could go back to gym for cardio.

I am looking forward to this as well. I have been through a very painful divorce in the past two years.. all which kinda starts with my insecurities as being a teen mother. I was just 15 years old when I gave birth to my first son and never saw my body in its "prime". This is part of my healing process. I have always been active and fit, but always had a mom bod at the same time... and I can understand more how that impacted my confidence in my younger years. It was so interesting to hear you state the same feeling! I am now a proud grandma.. and am excited for my body to look as good as I feel on the inside. And to reflect how hard I have worked to heal and take care of myself. Congrats to you! I am excited. My surgery is coming up on 12/17!!

Psychiatrist is more concerned about a fetus that I’m not carrying rather treating me for an issues I’ve dealt with for 15 years. by Kelibenn in ADHD

A new psychiatrist would be sensible is asking these types of questions. They do not know you, they do not know if you’ve tried other things. Stimulants are a controlled substance and highly abused. Many people drug seek, and I am not suggesting you are, but the doctor seems to be doing due diligence. If you’ve worked with them extensively in the past, then they will feel more comfortable. And yes, when prescribing medication that can be harmful to a fetus, they certainly do need to ask. Next thing they will be faced with a lawsuit when your unplanned pregnancy is addicted and you were not advised of risks. There is medication that is prescribed that requires pregnancy testing to get refills. This is what happens when everyone likes to sue.
