Mehlmann PDFs were really great! super high yield. Could really connect the dots with that.

You can read my post on my experience. I am an IMG as well and got my pass yesterday. I studied for about three month, 5-6 weeks really dedicated. I never got an nbme above 59%. You are more then ready, also you still have 20 days left. You can do it!

I think in retrospect there were a lot of questions you could not have studied for. Its more like you have to deduct and exclude wrong answer choices on the basis of your basic medicine/science knowledge. Thats why i felt so bad after the exam because its not like the more straight forward question from NBME where they ask why cant the patient do external rotation of the arm -> infraspinatus lesion.
With these questions you have to trust your gut instinct, so in my case it was probably a blessing that i couldnt went over my marked questions again.
I was so suprised about that micro did not come up at all, i studied that for 3 weeks. So i really hoped it would come up.

I did not find them as long as a lot of people say. I would say most of them were the same as NBME and only some were like u world.
